Jirama: I feel the massive screwing coming

Huh? Absolutely, with a tiny bit of Vaseline but a big, deep screwing. Yes, yes, and quite vulgar too, but that’s what it takes to get your attention, right? 🤣

Okay, so Jirama… I loooove the ointment some people want to delicately apply to you: but nooooo, it’s not a privatization, but nooooo, it’s been a public limited company since 2014, but nooooo, there aren’t any mass layoffs, just employees who will retire and won’t be replaced.

It’s actually a bit like coughing up Vaseline. Now, after taking a paper towel and cleaning up this mess, what’s left?

The fact remains that until now, Jirama is indeed already a public limited company as we speak, BUT the State was the sole shareholder, therefore the 100% majority shareholder.

And what they want to change is this 100%, by increasing it to 51%. So, offer the 49% to private operators.

And what guarantees that we won’t then quietly go from 51% to… less than 50%? Nothing at all. No guarantees.

Especially with these gravediggers of the nation who either destroy everything they touch (Air Madagascar, Kraoma, Vanille, etc.) or sell the country off at will, for a little cash.

And besides, who is responsible for the current state of the Jirama? Who has been methodically sinking it since 2009?
