What we want to see are dashboards for all the projects. These essentially tell us what we want to do, what all the tasks are required to do it, and the forecast schedule for each of these tasks.

And all that, at a glance, gives us a project completion date.

It’s not “I’m giving the Minister 3 weeks to resolve the power outage problems,” or “3 months,” or some other random nonsense uttered haphazardly in front of the cameras.

… no, all the tasks have been analyzed and planned; we know where we want to go, how to get there, and what time we’ll arrive.

And even if you say today, “the power outage problems will only be resolved in 24 months,” with the accompanying schedule, well, zay zany, io izy io. The only difference is that we have a real roadmap and, of course, every month, for example, we check the progress of the planned work in real time.

Of course, unforeseen delays are always possible; no one is a fortune teller either, but once again, we know where we want to go.

Whereas today, no one knows where you want to go. And I’m not even sure that you yourself—I’m talking about the managers in charge—know exactly what needs to be done?

In short, once again, I’m appalled to see that in 2025, things aren’t working as I just wrote.

We don’t know this executive’s plans, we don’t know anything about their schedule, we don’t even dream of their allocated resources… in short, it’s a complete mystery.

And so we shouldn’t be surprised by this massive so-called so-called “so-perfection” of the population when there’s no more water or electricity.

Until proven otherwise, it’s the population who employs these executives, right? So the employer has every right to know what his employees are up to. He pays them for it… and he has every right to expect concrete results.

And if that’s the case, when employees spend their days doing nothing, gorging themselves, and pretending to be the boss… what does the employer do?
