What will I do to enrich this country?

Future 6th dan ataoko mipipi pataloha tenisany 🤣

Huh? Lol, THE article that pinners in need of creativity have been eagerly awaiting? 🤣 Yes, if they want to copy and paste, no problem, I’m used to it.

So, the miracle solution? What you need to know, and we’ve already discussed this, is that Madagougou already produces a certain amount of wealth today.

The only slight problem is that the measurement of this wealth is false. Ultra-false. Completely false.

Is that what informality is? Yes, once again, absolutely. Firstly, because of a folkloric and, above all, medieval civil status system, based on a typewriter.

No proper monitoring of citizens after that. Upon reaching the age of majority, a citizen certainly has a national identity card, but they should already be registered as a taxpayer, right?

And a taxpayer must update their situation and declare their income once a year. From there, they must pay the corresponding taxes or not pay them if their income is too low. Employees, on the other hand, are already taxed at source.

Economic life begins with that. In a country of 33 million inhabitants, do you think it’s normal that the taxpayers’ file doesn’t even contain… 1 million lines?

Everyone is a tax collector, it’s a fact. And under the pretext of poverty, no one declares anything?

So, with all due respect, and even if it means blaming everyone, I’m increasing the taxpayers’ file to at least 16 million lines.

Reform of the civil registry, single identifier (aiza ihany o), widespread implementation of the NIF (National Tax Identification Number).

That’s the first step. 16 million lines… that’s 16 million annual tax returns.

And then, of course, the audit. The endemics and their propensity to under-declare, eh… or not declare anything lol…

And finally, the sanctions, of course, against the cheats. Tax adjustments, fines, etc.

All this is very unpleasant, I grant you. But do you want to get out of your mess or not? To get out of it, unpleasant or not, what I propose is the basics.

The State and local authorities must know who their residents are. How many there are, what they do, etc.

And since all these people use public infrastructure and services, the least they can do would be to know exactly who they are, right?

…and precisely, to be able to benefit from these public services, be duly registered in the State information system? You don’t have your NIF (National Tax Identification Number), well, sorry, you can’t access any public service, that’s how it works.

And yes, we’re back to digitalization again, the real thing. Your medieval paper residence certificates, for example, shouldn’t even exist anymore. Because remember, in your annual tax update and return, the first question asked is “Do you still live at the same address?”

Just by implementing this massive digitalization, your annual GDP should increase by at least 10,000,000 people × €50 × 12 months = €6 billion.

Minimum, eh? Maybe even 12, or even 18 billion, who knows.

Zay, that’s what I would prioritize. Just by doing that, I’ve already created wealth, increased my growth and my GDP.

My 8 centimeters, my passport, my tax ID, my driver’s license, my health insurance card, my voter registration card: all of these things allow me to exist in the city, as a citizen. They are useful to me on a daily basis, and I can access thousands of public services every day.

Yes, I’m registered, but I don’t care: thanks to them, I have water, electricity, security, great infrastructure, I can get medical care, enroll the princess in school for free, etc.

That’s how it works, in an informal way.

I’ll only do this as a priority for one term, but I’ll do it well, very well.
